Mouser is now shipping the Heavy-Duty Sealed Connectors with MATEnet Inserts from TE Connectivity. TE Connectivity has leveraged the rugged reliability and scalability of its heavy-duty sealed connector series housings with high-performance MATEnet inserts to offer designers a versatile connector that incorporates power and Ethernet connectivity up to 1 Gbps. These hybrid signal-to-power connectors are highly adaptable and modular Ethernet connector solutions made to fit a variety of customer needs for data and power transmission applications in the industrial automotive market. They are scalable for use with jacketed unshielded twisted pair (UTP) and shielded twisted pair (STP) cables and provide designers with the flexibility of wire-to-wire, wire-to-device and wire-to-board configurations. For Ethernet and communication capabilities, these connectors help meet current and future data requirements by enabling speeds from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps, being fully compliant with industry-standard protocols IEEE802.3bw, 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1. Based on application requirements, these connectors also support hybrid design options for multiple Ethernet ports and power pin configurations with numerous wire sizes to expand usage opportunities.   • New Product – Mouser Now Shipping ScioSense’s ENS220 Barometric Pressure and Temperature Sensor, Ideal for Activity Tracking Applications and Wearables

Mouser is now stocking the ENS220 barometric pressure and temperature sensor from ScioSense. Offering a 1 kHz data rate, the ENS220 sensor is housed in a small 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.75 mm LGA package with digital I2C and SPI interfaces. The ENS220 sensor integrates a capacitive pressure sensor into a CMOS ASIC. Boasting high intrinsic pressure sensitivity, the all-CMOS sensor produces unprecedented low-pressure noise, while the device’s integrated temperature sensor equals the performance of dedicated temperature measurement devices. The sensor combines a highly accurate pressure reading with a short conversion time, making it an ideal option for height measurements with a high output data rate and bandwidth. Alongside this, the single-die sensor delivers low power performance and excellent resistance to environmental conditions, making it an ideal choice for activity-tracking applications, including wearables, indoor localisation, and AR/VR. The ENS220 Sensor also supports liquid level detection, blood pressure measurement, and HVAC applications with filter clogging detection. Furthermore, the sensor is supported by the ENS220-LG_EK_ST ENS220 evaluation kit.

  • New Product – Mouser Now Stocking Infineon’s BGT60ATR24C XENSIV 60GHz Radar MMIC, Detecting In-Vehicle Occupancy

Mouser is now shipping the BGT60ATR24C XENSIV 60GHz radar monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) from Infineon Technologies. This MMIC uses an ultra-wide bandwidth Frequency-Modulated Continuous-Wave (FMCW) operation which enables it to address numerous passive safety applications like child detection, driver monitoring, and occupancy sensing due to its ability to sense micro motions aesthetically. This MMIC is a fully integrated radar transceiver operating in the frequency band from 58 GHz to 62 GHz. It is a state-of-the-art radar chip in a small package and features two transmit channels, four receive channels, a low noise Phase Locked Loop (PLL), an integrated anti-aliasing Loop Filter (LF), a sequencer and finite state machine for ramp generation, an integrated RX baseband including analogue to digital conversion (ADC), sensor ADCs for temperature and power monitoring. The BGT60ATR24C features a digital interface for sensor configuration and data acquisition, as well as an integrated state machine for independent data acquisition. It has been designed for ultra-short-range applications with best-in-class jitter performance, ultra-low power consumption, wideband operation and robustness, and is ideal for in-cabin automotive monitoring systems. The BGT60ATR24C XENSIV 60GHz Radar MMIC is supported by the SHIELD_60ATR24ES_01 demo board.

  • New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Skyworks Solutions SKY55951-11 Front-End Module for GNSS Applications

Mouser is now stocking the SKY55951-11 front-end module (FEM) from Skyworks Solutions Inc. The SKY55951-11 is part of the Sky5 portfolio that enhances 5G wireless communications by delivering breakthrough performance across mobile and IoT ecosystems. It features an integrated pre-filter and low-noise amplifier (LNA) for both L1 and L5 GPS signals, providing high gain with low current consumption (>2.0 mA @ 1.8 V for L1 and L5 paths), with integrated input and output matching for L1 and L5. It also features an integrated B13 notch filter, providing excellent suppression (-50-dBm) of cellular low-band second harmonic signals impacting GPS L1 reception, and post-filtering for the L5 path, for high (> 45dBc) out-of-band interference below 1GHz.   • New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Vishay 196 HVC ENYCAP V-Harvester Board, Eliminating Batteries in IoT Node-Dependent Apps

Mouser is now stocking the 196 HVC ENYCAP V-Harvester board from Vishay Intertechnology. Maximising IoT node efficiency by helping to replace regular batteries with a rechargeable photovoltaic (PV) energy-harvesting backup solution, this board is an HVC system backup demonstration circuit that enables developers to extend overall product life expectancy by implementing a longer, more sustainable maintenance-free, energy supply source for use in a variety of host system applications. This board is available in a 64 mm × 69 mm footprint and includes product specifications (for the V-Harvester Board and 196 HVC ENYCAP storage capacitor) and a set of jumpers. The device operates from -20°C to 85°C temperature range. It is an advanced stand-alone board charged using two default TEMD5080X01 micro PV cells or micro USB. The evaluation board is equipped with a 4 F / 4.2 V 196 HVC ENYCAP hybrid energy storage capacitor. Input power for the 196 HVC ENYCAP V-Harvester board goes into an e-peas low-power AEM10941 controller. From there, it is stepped up to the supercapacitor voltage of 4.2 V. The onboard controller then converts the supply voltage to the target voltages using low dropout regulators (LDO) when there are power demands at the interface or through the ENLV and ENHV settings. Its target energy-harvesting applications include automotive, avionics, military, consumer, industrial, medical, and telecommunications.
