The 3ME2 solid state drive (SSD) uses the PCIe Gen3×2 interface, giving it speeds up to 3 times faster than the average SATA device. However, the speed increase is only one side of the coin; the industrial-grade design is equally essential.
The 3ME2 is available in different heatsink-less form factors that all withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C and is rated to 3000 P/E cycles. Furthermore, Innodisk utilizes End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP) that secures each data transfer point with LDPC error correction code to ensure data integrity.
If the power supply situation is a concern, the PCIe device can also be fitted with Innodisk’s trio of power stability technology, iData Guard™, iPower Guard™, and iCell™.
