Test and Measurement Rental Company Launches New Asian Office; Website and Expands Service Offerings in Global Markets

Harrow, UK: 16 September 2013:  Highlighting its strong focus on international expansion, Microlease, the leading test equipment rental and asset management organisation, has announced international sales growth of more than 53% per annum achieved over the past two years. This dynamic growth resulted in the company making the top half of the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table for the second year in a row.

In line with it, Microlease’s portfolio of test and measurement equipment continues to expand. It now boasts a global inventory of 6,000 product lines, incorporating a total of 30,000 instruments which it ships to over 85 countries. The full range is showcased on a fully updated, new-look website, just launched by Microlease, which enables users to quickly and easily search for equipment, learn about Microlease services and make follow-up enquiries. 

At the same time, the company is focused on developing its expertise outside its core rental services, new sales and refurbished sales markets into new asset management markets. The effective management of test equipment assets to increase operational and financial control is a fast growing need. Microlease is strengthening its position in this area, having signed a number of new customer contracts and introduced a new streamlined service offering.

Further underlining its growing strength as an international brand, Microlease has also announced the opening of a new Asia-Pacific office in Penang, Malaysia, to be staffed initially by a team of eight and focusing on customer service, logistics and technical support.  Microlease believes its comprehensive test and measurement solutions offering to a broad range of markets from semiconductors to telecoms to aerospace and defence will drive competitive advantage over its rivals in the region.
