Three new power levels have been added by TDK-Lambda UK to its AL range of LED AC-DC power supplies; which are targeted towards next generation LED lighting and signage applications.
The supplies are suited for both indoor and outdoor installations, including traffic, street, architectural and emergency service lighting, as well LED illumination boards, signs and displays. They are IP66-rated and accept a wide universal AC input (90 to 305Vac).
The power supplies are available in two output modes – for constant voltage (ALV) and constant current (ALC) applications. Both versions are available in 60W, 80W and 100W power levels with 12V, 24V and 36V versions for the ALV series and 1050mA, 1400mA, 1700mA, 3000mA, 3300mA and 4000mA versions for the ALC series.
The devices measure 241 by 43 by 35mm, and are mounted in a vibration and shock resilient, IP66-rated sealed case. They are convection cooled, operating between -30°C and 50°C without derating, with start up at -40°C and an efficiency of up to 89 percent.
