Long-term aging factor
The self-discharge rate of a Lithium Thionyl Chloride battery is extremely low – around 1% per year at room temperature. That is why storing these products does not pose any problems. However, it is important to note the passivation of the cells. A layer of passivation is produced as a result of storage, which is the reason for the low self-discharge rate. This layer prevents ions from being exchanged between the anode and cathode. However, this results in a voltage drop during commissioning – also known as a voltage delay.

JTX110 Series SMD Tuning Fork Crystal
Our JTX110 series Tuning Fork Crystal, created using an advanced photolithographic process, are available in multiple package sizes. Using modern manufacturing equipment and processes, the blank size has been reduced to a miniature 1.6mm x 1.0mm x 0.5mm package. Making the small package size ideal for use in miniaturized portable applications, particularly within industrial, telecommunications and consumer applications.
The tuning fork crystals are 100 percent lead-free and RoHS and REACH compliant.
The JTX110 series comply to conflict minerals regulations.
JTP53HC & JTP75HC Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators
Our series of TCXOs offers customers an ultra-tight stability of ±50 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and an excellent short-term stability (ADEV) from 0.1 ppb max and 0.05 ppb typical. Output is HCMOS with a 15pF load and it has a 3.3V supply voltage with a current consumption of 10mA max. The aging per day is ±10 ppb max, and standard aging over one year is ±1 ppm. Typical phase noise performance is -145 dBc/Hz at 1kHz and -159 dBc/Hz at 100kHz.
Other stabilities, ±100 ppb & ±280 ppb, are available over both the extended operating temperature range and the industrial -40°C to +85°C range.
Our TCXOs are available in an industry standard, 4 pad packages with heights as low as 0.9mm and has a have frequency ranges of between 9.6 to 50.0MHz. The common frequencies of 10.0, 19.2, 20.0 & 38.88MHz are fully developed and stocked.
A voltage control option is available so that you can control the frequency drift to compensate for the aging of the crystal and other circuit conditions with choices of either ±5 ppm, ±8 ppm, ±5 ppm to ±10 ppm or ±8 ppm to ±12 ppm.
Designed to be used in 5G, Critical IoT, Industrial Automation and GNSS applications. These would include Femto, Pico, Micro and Macro Small Cells, Front, Mid and Backhaul, Remote Radio Heads/Units and Test & Measurement.
With the extended operating temperature and ultra-tight stability, these TCXOs are ideal for demanding environments as well as applications which require an ultra-stable frequency where maybe due to power consumption and size restraints an OCXO cannot be used.
