Rolec’s new profiPANEL HMI/control enclosures are now available in four standard sizes, with a four-step easy specification process.
IP 65 rated profiPANEL minimalist, multi-variable design makes it ideal for a wide range of modern machine control applications. It can be mounted from the top, or bottom, on Rolec’s profiPLUS 50 suspension arm system.
The existing profiPANEL model is already a cost-effective proposition. But, the new standard version offers even greater savings, by offering four standard sizes, based on a 90mm profile. Lead times are reduced because all the components are held in stock. The standard format is also ideal for smaller volume orders.
Rolec profiPANEL has an individually configurable front plate, which can accommodate a panel PC up to 21 inches. The 3mm aluminium front plate is permanently connected to the enclosure, with flush and virtually edgeless mounting. Each case features a lock and exterior hinge as standard.
Each enclosure is manufactured from extruded aluminium (silver anodised), with light grey (RAL 7035) polyamide corner covers. Slide-in contours for M4/M5 nuts allow for easy mounting of the equipment.
The four standard plan sizes are: 400 x 400mm, 520 x 400mm, 520 x 520mm and 600 x 520mm.
The four easy specification steps are: 1 – select the enclosure dimensions based on the planned internal mounting; 2 – define the machining of the front plate; 3 – define the position of the suspension arm fixing; 4 – select an optional handle.
