Among the range of rail-approved products from Provertha is the M12 connector series, which is vital for carrying a high-speed data connection along the rail network.
Available in A, B, D, and X code interconnection codes these connectors are ideal for high-speed data networks supporting TIA-568 and ISO/IEC-11801 Cat 6A specifications with up to 500MHz frequencies and 10Gbps capability. The range includes straight and 90° cable connectors, bulkhead, and panel mounts.
The connectors have 360º EMI protection to ensure minimal emissions and their compact external dimensions offer considerable space-saving benefits. Built to withstand significant shock and vibration, they have approval to EN45545-2 and EN61373 and IP67 making them ideal for Rail applications.
Recently launched were the X to D code adaptors along with a Mini PG clamp version of the whole M12 range ensuring there is a high-performing Provertha connector for most rail requirements.
