On behalf of ESS Technology’s, Ismosys, has recently announced the release of the company’s new range of high performance audio I/Cs.
The new SABRE9601 headphone amplifier is claimed to deliver a great performance level of 122dB DNR and -117dB THD+N. The device is an ideal fit with ESS’s SABRE-2M series of 32-bit DACs, a product range well suited to audiophile-grade mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and digital music players.
These devices offer performance characteristics such as operation from a single +3.3V supply, using an internal charge pump to produce ground-referenced outputs. This aims to eliminate pops and clicks as well as the need for large DC blocking capacitors.
