Datateam Media and Communications Group Ltd, home to Connecting Industry/Electronics has announced the acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital of PMGroup Worldwide Ltd. The acquisition complements Datateam’s presence in the Medical Communications sector through Hayward Medical Communications. The two companies will continue to trade independently.
