ISO9001 accreditation, together with an advanced MRP system, under-pin our manufacturing activities ensuring delivery to the quality, time and cost targets. For medical devices, we have ISO13485 accreditation providing us with the processes and procedures needed to manage the planning, risk management, and regulatory requirements for successful realisation. Additionally, we support and advise our customers requiring products to work in explosive atmospheres (where ATEX and IECEx standards apply), in the quality assurance systems they will need to have in place.
Our track record speaks for itself: On the medical side we have developed a dose-measurement system for a Needle-Free Syringe, and a Urodynamic System for diagnosing urinary problems. We have collaborated in the development of a diagnostic system for measuring the glucose levels in interstitial fluid, and we are presently developing a drug delivery system. Elsewhere, we manufacture a range ATEX/IECEx-compliant products including those we have designed for pipeline inspection and assessment, intrinsically-safe high-speed data transmission, process plant monitoring, and well-head logging equipment.
