Are you planning a new development or redesign of an existing battery or charging technology? We will support you all the way – ANSMANN will be your reliable partner from concept through planning, design, development and prototypes all the way to series production. We can help with advice on selection of the right cell technology, the appropriate protection electronics, compliance with standards and certification as early as the development stages. We offer customer specific battery pack construction from our own in-house Lithium battery pack manufacturing divisions in both Germany and China, accredited with ISO 13485, giving a competitively priced and high quality solution for our customers. In the UK we have a full sales and technical support team, quality control and warehousing, holding standard and customer designated stock for quick delivery.
Sometimes it is not always cost effective to develop new battery packs if the annual usage is low with long development times and higher engineering costs, so ANSMANN offer a range of standard Li-Ion battery packs with integrated protection and charging technology. All cells are subjected to strict safety, functional and cycle tests. With the emphasis on safety and reliability all our lithium battery packs come with a tailored protection board and are tested and audited at our new state of the art UN transportation testing facility, which is also used by external companies.

There is a suitable battery charger for every application and our chargers have sophisticated charging technology with automatic battery full cut-off and charging indicator. They are easy to operate and make overcharging your batteries not possible. Customer specific solutions with logo are possible, depending on quantities.
