Continuing NMI’s tradition of ‘debate then celebrate’, the black-tie awards gala and dinner will take place after the annual Industry Summit. Both will take place on the 15th of November at the prestigious central London hotel, the Radisson Blu Portman.

“This has been a big year for us and the industry so there’s plenty to celebrate,” said Derek Boyd, CEO of NMI.  “Landmarks such as the LED’s 50th anniversary are happening, countless advances have come from UK firms, and with the upcoming ESCO Report and the implementation of the Power Electronics Strategy, we’re making great advances in promoting the industry to government to influence policy and create a more nurturing environment for the community”

“The community is also growing, with automotive electronics joining NMI, so we’re aiming to make this the biggest awards yet and are reaching out to all electronic systems firms to get active in this community,” Boyd concluded
